Meeting Format

All sessions will be interactive and will provide the opportunity for participants to comment and ask questions. 


Technology Requirements

The following are minimum requirements for end-users viewing the webcast:


Hardware and Software Requirements

  • Firefox 2.0 or above, or Safari 3.0, or Chrome 4.0 or above
  • Microsoft Windows XP SP2, Microsoft Windows Vista, Macintosh OS X v10.4 or above, or Linux
  • 256 megabytes (MB) of RAM - 512 MB recommended
  • JavaScript and Cookies must also be enabled.
  • Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher resolution
  • 16-bit sound card
  • Speakers/headphones


Mobile Requirements

  • iPhone 4 or higher
  • iPad
  • Android KitKat (or Jellybean 4.2 +) **
  • Windows Phone


  • If you cannot hear audio, first check that your speakers are on and turned up
  • If you cannot see video, try another device or browser. Some security settings may be blocking your feed.
  • It is always advised to use a modern, standards-compliant internet browser preferably Mozilla FirefoxApple Safari or Google Chrome.
  • Some very restrictive firewalls can cause difficulties viewing a webcast. 


The tests at this page should help you determine whether your firewall is blocking necessary webcasting ports. If any of these tests list "Failure", ask your system administrator to unblock the following ports: 1935, 43, 443 TCP and UDP.
