Hotel Reservations

A block of sleeping rooms has been established for individual reservations to be made by each participant at the federal per diem rate.  All participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Registration for the meeting does not reserve your hotel room. Likewise, a reservation at the hotel does not register you for the meeting.

Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Tuesday, March 10, 2015 to ensure the group rate.

 

Hotel check-in is at 3:00 pm
Hotel check-out is at 12:00 pm

Getting To The Meeting

Washington National (DCA)

The distance to the Renaissance Hotel is 5 miles.
Taxi fare is approximately $50.00 one way.
Super Shuttle fare is approximately $14 one way for the first passenger, $10 for each additional passenger.
Metro (Gallery Place) fare is $2.50 each way and the ride is approximately 20-30 minutes.

Dulles International (IAD)

The distance to the hotel is 27 miles.
Taxi fare is approximately $75 each way and the ride is approximately 40 – 50 minutes.
Super Shuttle fare is approximately $29.00 for the first passenger, $10 for each additional passenger.
No Metro service is available from Dulles International.

Baltimore Washington International (BWI/Marshall)

The distance to the hotel is 31 miles.
Taxi fare is approximately $100 each way and the ride is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Super Shuttle $37 for the first passenger, $12 for each additional passenger.
No Metro service is available from Baltimore Washington International.
